We recommend booking at least five hours in advance for standard trips. Long-distance trips require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice. For recurring appointments we can set up a standing schedule so you never have to worry about booking each time.
Yes — one additional passenger can accompany you free of charge. If you need to bring more than one companion, contact us ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.
